IJEN CRATER TOUR - THE CRATER
Great Tour to the peak of enormous crater with magnificent volcanic landscape of Ijen stratovolcanoes complex. And you can also observe the hard life of sulphur miner carrying sulphur rocks from deep down in the Crater floor. Carrying about 80 – 100 kg of sulphur rocks from the crater up to the crater rims and walk down about 3 km to the foot hill. It is recommended for Active Ages only, as the journey will be quite challenging.
All the tourists are prohibited to walk down to the Crater Lake which also known as the hell’s kitchen.

02:45 AM 03:00 AM Drink coffee or tea
03:00 AM 05:00 AM Depart to (Paltuding) Kawah Ijen's foot of mountain
05:00 AM 07:00 AM Go up to the crater ( 3 km). It takes one and a half hour until two hours.
07:00 AM 08:00 AM On the top of Ijen Crater & enjoying the view and take pictures.
08:00 AM 09:30 AM Walk down to Paltuding and have breakfast boxes which are prepared from the hotel.
09:30 AM 11:30 AM Drive back and Arrived at the hotel at the lunch time.
